Hi, I'm Maggie
For over 20 years, I've designed experiences that translate complexity into spaces and stories that help people grow – a company's learning platform, built from the ground up; a chaotic volunteer crew, turned into a professional program; a four-day conference, designed from stage to signage. What ties it together is simple: I take something complicated and make people actually feel it, not just understand it. This site is where that instinct gets to run free – in stage design, cultural storytelling, wayfinding, and spaces built to be walked through, not just looked at.

Costume & Handcrafted Design

Environmental & Wayfinding Design
Turning physical space itself into storytelling, from exhibit signage to full spatial narrative.
Event & Production Design
Designing large-scale live experiences end-to-end, from concept and theme through day-of execution.
Interpretive & Experience Design
Translating history, culture, and complex ideas into narratives people move through and remember.

The University of Planview is now the pivotal hub for transforming the learner experience for our stakeholders. 2022 was a year of amazing progress under Maggie’s strategic and tactical direction. We faced unique challenges with an LMS that existed previously, some bizarre system issues, and two major migrations. Maggie was still able to design a visually stunning, learner-centric LMS all while learning it herself along the way.

Her artistic eye and design skills are on another level. If I had even 10% of
her creative talent, I'd consider that a win!

All these years later, and Maggie is still the most talented design assistant I've ever employed.

One word, "SUPERB" – You have truly raised the bar for future classes. From the look and feel for the binders (graphics + fonts + consistency) to actual content in each knowelege area. You guys have gone out of your way to research for this project. It demonstrates your passion about the subject. Great GREAT WORK on the project plan.

Let's Build Something Together
I design experiences that turn complexity into something people feel – heritage sites, brand environments, live events, or something in between. If you're working on a project like that, I'd love to hear about it.
